  • Europe's biggest housing association asked Good to re-articulate their communications. GHA is long established in the city and has a highly recognisable identity. So it was crucial that our design team approached the brief with restraint and responsibility. As a publicly funded body, our response had to offer good value for money and a solid return on investment.

    Making only minor improvements to the logo, we concentrated our efforts on tone-of-voice, creating a strong dialogue between GHA, its tenants and the wider public. We also developed an ownable yet flexible graphic system and guidelines that all partners and suppliers would find easy to use.
