
The UK's seventh largest building society wanted to re-brand, but were understandably nervous about the whole process. We worked closely with an incumbent agency who they trusted implicitly and the results speak for themselves. | Skipton already had a brand, it was in their people and their branches, personal and honest advice, all we needed to do was to bring this alive in their communications. | The smile customers got when they visited a branch gave us a strong graphic device and being one of the few mutual organisations left, we had the perfect copy platform to talk directly and honestly to the consumer.
